All training packages are non-refundable.  There are no set-up fees. You may upgrade your program at any time during your active membership period.

Payment Plans:  If available, all training and software products are non-refundable. Failure to make a timely payment will result in the immediate suspension of your account. If an account is not reactivated within seven days from the due date of the last payment, the account owner will be charged an additional $100 reactivation fee. 

All account cancellations must be received in writing and prior to electronic delivery.  If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 48 hours, please resend the request to sspbinfo@daincpm.net.

Disability Associates retains the right to terminate an account for any reason.  Termination includes the unauthorized sharing of account access, fraud, inappropriate sharing of client data, mistreatment of applicants, or a termination request from the Social Security Administration.  These rules also apply to all software products.

All Olivia software subscriptions are non-refundable.  If the subscription is terminated in writing, there will be no refund of previous payment.  Upon termination, there will be no further payments further charges.  No termination fee will be charged.  However, there will be a $90 reinstatement fee charged to your account in addition to the regular payment.
